Romania, and she works internationally from there. In practice the question that matters more is where your event is, because that is what shapes the travel, the lineup and the quote.
How does travel actually work?
You cover flights and accommodation for the booked lineup. Everything else sits inside the quote, so there is no separate mileage charge and no surprise line arriving afterwards. The booking team sets it out in writing before anything is agreed.
Is a bigger lineup possible abroad?
Yes. A duo travels more cheaply than a full band with strings, and that difference is worth discussing early, because it is usually the largest single variable in an international quote.
Which languages can Olivia sing in?
Romanian and English throughout, and individual songs in other languages where they matter to you. For a bilingual room this is worth planning rather than improvising: which language the ceremony is in usually decides the rest.
When does the team need to arrive?
For an event abroad, the day before. Flights are delayed, and a wedding does not move. Building in a night beforehand is the difference between a plan and a hope.
